Who makes the best chili in town? The Hurricane Bar & Grill Chili Cook-Off Team of Joe and Linda Healey and Mike Earley claimed top honors in 2004. Proceeds from the annual Chili Showdown are donated to the Majic Children’s Fund. Over $1,000 was donated this year. |
