DUNK TANK SATURDAY:

The Bold, the daring, the soaking wet.

The strangest phone call of the year may very well be the call from the Springs River Festival requesting your presence in the Celebrity Dunk Tank for this years festival. The best answer we got has been a resounding yes from some very generous souls. Thanks to their giving nature and willingness to sacrifice a bit of their time and ego we are very happy to say that we have stocked our dunk tank with folks you will have a ball with, and if one of those balls should connect, SPLASH! Soggy celeb. A peek at the schedule of those who have committed are:

All other proceeds are divided into local charities including but not limited to Miami Springs Girls Soccer, Miami Springs Relay for Life and Miami Springs Historical Society. We would like to thank all of the gracious people on the list above. The police officers, community employees and our local famous faces we love to see every day. Their hearts are in the right places and though they may end up soggy by the end of the day, it is with dignity and unselfconscious grace. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
